Privacy Policy

This website
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless counter that gives us anonymous, aggregate numbers only: page views, referrers, and rough geography. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across sites. There are no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. The only things stored on your device are your theme preference and, if your browser sends one, your language preference — both kept in your own browser.
The playground demo
The playground on this site enforces a per-IP rate limit (20 requests per hour). The counter is held in memory only and is never persisted or shared. When you run a preset, the preset's fixed content is sent to the model provider (DeepSeek) to generate the demo answer. Presets are fixed demonstrations — the endpoint does not accept free-form prompts. Please don't try to put personal data into it.
The Previously agent
Previously itself is local-first. Your memory files live in your own environment and your own GitHub repository. This website never sees them, and Previously Lab has no access to them. What the agent sends to a model provider when you run it depends on your own configuration and is governed by that provider's policy.
